Never can pass the yellow bird without getting at least a wee brownie. The salted caramel brownies are UNBELIEVABLE. And the jam and coconut sponge - also a firm favourite with my kids. Always cosy and welcoming, spotlessly clean and homey. The staff are so lovely. Fab menu and lots of options for allergies. 10/10.

Had an amazing experience at Yellow Bird in Limavady! The food was absolutely delicious, and the hot chocolate was hands down the best I’ve ever had—made even better with a touch of vanilla syrup. Such a cozy and welcoming spot! The staff were all so friendly, and it’s great to see such a vibrant team of young locals keeping the place warm and inviting. Definitely visit again...
Was originally just going to have a coffee but the food other customers were having looked good so I decided on the curry. It was delicious, had a good little kick but wasn't too spicy for me. Really lovely little spot to visit and the food is all freshly made. Definitely recommend.
Love YB cafe so much. Food is home made, freshly prepared and delicious. Today we had soup with gorgeous fresh wheaten type bread, also home made chips. Cooked to Perfection; served lovely and hot, gorgeous presentation as well. Great big pot of Tea to share with beautiful cups and saucers. We went back couple hours later after shopping for cappuccino and carrot cake, so many tray bakes to.choose from spoilt for choice. Also allowed to bring my dog in to front relaxed seating area. She loved her pupichino. The staff are so lovely, couldn't ask for better all round fantastic.
I don't like very open spaces, but this restaurant here is lovely, very cosy, and makes me feel I'm in my own home. So I feel comfortable eating here. The staff are amazing and very well mannered. They will always check if everything is okay with your meal and never rush you when ordering. Since showing my mum this lovely cosy restaurant, she loves it, so we make it our one a week treat. Thank you for your very kind service. We will be back.
Best breakfast in Northern Ireland! Came in as a group of 4 and a baby. We had 4 delicious breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with the baby. To top things off we bought 4 cakes and enjoyed them that afternoon!
Me and my mother came up for a visit today to the yellow bird, from the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant the manager greeted us so kindly and showed us our table, to the women waiter (didn’t get your name) you were so kind to us, as for the food it was the nicest thing I had eaten in a very long time, the chips were absolutely beautiful, I got the chicken box which was gorgeous (see photo) my mother got the pulled bbq beef and she said it was the best pulled bbq she had ever tasted I’ll definitely be a frequent visitor of this establishment from now on, from the interior and for the manager Margaret she is the most down to earth woman I had ever met, couldn’t do enough for me and my kids, not many managers like that these days but she went above and beyond for us, thanks again and look forward to visiting way more often!
